At A Balanced Approach, we strive to meet your workout needs- whether you are a beginner, a pro, or somewhere in between. We don't care how you’re dressed or if you’ve never picked up a weight.

You’re invited to become a part of our fitness community. We offer a supportive, guilt-free environment where you won’t feel like you need to get fit before you attend!

Our classes are inclusive; teaching to the middle while offering modifications for beginners and advanced members. Not every exercise works for everyone, but there is an exercise for everybody.

GROUP CLASSES

Strength

Resistance Training; whether using body weight, bands, or dumbbells, is scientifically shown to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility. Added benefits include: Improved mental health (increased mood, decreased anxiety), improved brain health, stronger bones, increased range of motion & mobility, decreased blood sugar, efficient calorie burn and body fat reduction.

Check out classes like TRX, Bootcamp, True Circuit, Total Body Training, Lift, Beginner Strength, BTA (Booty, Thighs, & Abs), Hiking Legs, or Progressive Lifting. We have so many classes, days, times, & instructors, you're sure to find at least one you'll love!

Cardio

Cardio doesn't have to be such a drag. Increase your cardiovascular fitness, pump up your metabolism and burn some calories in a fun & supportive setting! With classes like Indoor Cycle, Kickbox Tabata, & HIIT, ABA has got you covered.

Yoga ~ Barre ~ Pilates

YOGA: Whether you're seeking flexibility or mental clarity, our yoga instructors will guide you through mindful exercises that cultivate balance and inner peace. Look for weekly offerings like Vinyasa Basics, Slow Flow, or Restorative, fusion classes Yoga Sculpt or PiYo, and be on the lookout for the occasional 4 or 6 week Limited Series'.

BARRE: If you're interested in a strength training and muscle endurance workout that also works your core & the stabilizing muscles of the shoulders & hips, meet us at the ballet barre.

PILATES: Our Pilates Fusion classes will increase your core stability, strength, and flexibility with special attention to muscle control, posture, & breathing.

This class can be tailored to a spectrum of fitness goals, ages, & abilities. In studio or via Zoom.

Silver Sneakers for 60+

Elevate your physical & mental health with SilverSneakers, low-intensity strength training and stretching, all designed to meet you where you are and help you achieve your fitness goals. Using bands, hand weights, balls, & a chair, this fun chatty class is a great start to your day! We start with a solid 8 minutes of chit-chat, then playing Hits of 50s & 60s on the stereo, your instructor will lead you through a series of strengthening moves using timed intervals so you can work at your own pace; this class is for everyone. We end class with a wonderful seated full body stretch and a short breathing exercise.

ABA specializes in small group fitness and personal training in a private setting.
